How we check

• Website: the SynCore home page must answer normally.
• Client portal sign-in: the sign-in page at app.syncoretech.net must answer normally.
• Cloud file storage: our server must be able to reach file storage, reported by a public check that contains no customer data.
• A check that gets no answer within 10 seconds counts as failed. The percentage is the share of checks that succeeded.
